Today is the official release of Our Season Draws Near. We’d like to take a moment to thank everyone involved on the long road to making this album happen:
Markus Siegenhort of the outstanding band Lantlôs for his mix of the album and the time/dedication he gave to us. Philipp Welsing at Original Mastering for his kindness and his most efficient mastering work. Sean Glonek at SRG studios for his master of the art book edition bonus track, Wildwood vinyl remaster, and years of collaboration. Stefan, Martin, Andreas, and Marco at Prophecy Productions for their friendship, work, and help along the way. Alexandria Noël for truly being the unseen member of 1476—dominating the graphic designs, making videos, understanding us, and tolerating the many rants, meltdowns, etc. and distilling them into solutions for us! Our new live lineup: Cory Allan & Adam Luca for their dedication in such a small period of time and really making 1476 finally feel like a band after all of these years. More about them in the next newsletter… To Andy Julia of the wonderful Soror Dolorosa for connecting us with Prophecy. I hope to meet you in person at Prophecy Fest this year. Carl at ACTION! Public Relations for working like a beast. To all the amazing reviewers and journalists who have written so kindly of us. And finally to everyone who has pre-ordered and supported Our Season Draws Near. We hope you enjoy what we have to offer you this time around.

Good Evening Everyone, As many of you now know, we’ve signed with the German label Prophecy Productions. They will be reissuing our previous releases on July 22nd followed by our new album this winter. One of the reasons for this is that they didn’t want our new album to be perceived as our first album and that our old releases deserve some exposure (with a focus on Wildwood in... read more »
